We have been operating hundreds of servers for two decades. This gives us a valuable opportunity not to rely on manufacturer promises and not to accept mass prejudices. We have learned from experience how well and reliably brands, families, and models of components perform. We select components based on the best ratio of price and real quality.
Chassis | Supermicro rack-mount chassis. Our standard chassis features four slots for main HDDs and SSDs with hot-swap capability, as well as three internal slots for NVMe and SATA SSDs. For servers with E-23xx processors, a modular chassis is also used, which features two slots for main HDDs and SSDs with hot-swap capability, three slots for NVMe SSDs, and powered by two independent lines. |

Power supplies | We use very reliable power supplies from Ablecom and Supermicro. Over the years of operating our many servers, we have had only a few cases of power supply failures. Some of our servers, specifically those equipped with Intel Xeon E-23xx processors, feature dual power supplies. | |
Motherboards | Server motherboards Supermicro. All motherboards are equipped with two Gigabit Ethernet ports. The second port can be used for both an additional connection to the Internet and for organising a private local area network among several servers. The motherboards also have built-in IPMI with IP-KVM functions. Thus, at any time, you can get remote access to the system console, as well as the ability to turn hardware on, turn off, reboot the server, connect boot disk images to it, in a word, work with the server located with us as if it were standing on the table next to you. |

Processors | Intel Xeon E and E3 family server processors. |

Memory | Kingston, Transcend and Samsung RAM with ECC error correction. The primary difference between this type of memory and regular memory for home computers is that errors do not lead to failures but are corrected on the fly. This is especially important for servers that can operate without rebooting for months. |

Hard drives | Hard drives HGST Deskstar NAS, Seagate Exos, Toshiba Enterprise Capacity, WD Ultrastar DC and others like them. These drives have proven themselves well for constant load and 24/7 operation. You are unlikely to want to put such drives in your home computer that will make noise and shake your system unit, but in terms of reliability they are the best choice for server applications. |

SSD and NVMe drives | Models of SSD SATA, and especially NVMe drives change frequently and there are rarely as many statistics for them as for HDD. We try not to take risks and choose models that have caused the least number of problems, for example, Crucial MX500, Samsung 870, 970 and 980, as well as Transcend 220S. A feature of our servers is the ability to install two, three, or even four NVMe drives. |

USB flash drives | We install internal USB flash drives with a capacity of 8 or 16 GB in our servers. You can use them to record installation images of operating systems, keep Live OS images for emergency boot and server recovery, store additional backups of especially critical data, or use them in any other way to facilitate your work with the server. |
We replace the failed components of the dedicated server as quickly as possible, typically within a couple of hours. The replacement deadline is 48 hours.
We always agree on the replacement time with you. You can specify any desired date and time for the work, including after 48 hours. In this case, the replacement deadline is considered extended to the agreed-upon time.
The subscription fee is not charged for those days during which the physical server as a whole was inoperable. The time of server failure is considered the moment of your claim about it. If our monitoring system detects the server's inoperability before your request, then the time of failure will be the moment we inform you about the inoperability.
We grant you the right to demand unconditional replacement of components without proof of malfunction, provided only your desire is sufficient. We will replace any server component with a new one, even if it is fully functional if it raises any suspicions.
We reserve the right to offer you a new server of the same or better configuration instead of replacing components.
If you decide to transfer your resources to a dedicated server with a different configuration, we can provide you with a new server, including a 14-day free trial period.
We provide services with a declared reliability of at least 99.9%. Our SLA (Service Level Agreement) outlines our financial responsibility for uninterrupted service. In the event of a service interruption lasting more than 15 minutes, we do not charge for the current day.
